Your RolePosition DescriptionOrganization Change Management (OCM) consultant is responsible for managing and delivering OCM/HR transformation projects to schedule, budget, and quality. The role requires excellent knowledge of Change Management Frameworks and methodologies to be able to come up with Change Management Strategy, Change Management Plan including Resistance Management and Training. The Change Manager is expected to manage end-to-end change management projects and would need to have a good understanding of project management inter-related process stages i.e., initiate, plan, execute, monitor, control, close, and the supporting processes e.g., scope, cost, time, issue, risk, resource, communication, stakeholder management. Change Manager must be proficient in stakeholder relationship management and influencing to successfully lead the project team and deliver to meet stakeholders’ needs. Qualifications
, ExperienceOCM Certified from PROSCI (desirable)PMP / Prince 2 Certified (desirable)Prior experience in Business Process ManagementStrong knowledge of Stakeholder ManagementProven previous experience in interacting with Senior members of client organizations, CTOs, COOs, with internal Partners etc. is a must.Business Process Improvement experience – Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt certified -desirable)Hands on experience in any of the industry leading BPMN toolsIndustry experience – anyone or combination of Government, Healthcare, retail, telecom, oil, and gas, BSFI, airlines, manufacturing, food and beverages etc.Extensive experience in End-to-End Project Management – preferably in strategy and business Experience in leading Change management in major and complex Transformation projects Experience in working with global teams.Excellent Management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
